Hardware for a supermarket counter
Each counter needs a reliable PC with an SSD, an 80mm thermal printer, a barcode scanner (a hands-free scanner speeds up billing), a cash drawer and a UPS. A separate label printer helps with loose items. We can build the counter PCs through our custom PC service.
Getting set up
The biggest job in moving a supermarket onto new software is the item master — names, barcodes, prices, GST rates and opening stock. Plan it before go-live, and train cashiers on a quiet day.
