Frequently asked questions
Does it work without internet?
Yes. All your bills and stock are saved on your own PC, so billing never stops. Internet is needed only for Google Drive backup and barcode lookups.
Can I use it in Tamil?
Yes. Screens can be switched to Tamil, and Ctrl + Space switches typing between English and Tamil.
Will it give me my GST return files?
Yes, on the Premium plan (or a Custom plan). It creates the GSTR-1 Excel workbook and the GSTR-3B summary from your bills, and checks for missing HSN codes, invalid GSTINs and gaps in bill numbers first. Upload them yourself or give them to your auditor.
Can I use barcode scanners?
Yes, any USB barcode scanner. Scan a new product's barcode and its details are filled in from online catalogues.
Does it support thermal printers?
Yes: 58mm and 80mm thermal printers and any A4 printer, with an invoice design you can edit.
Can I manage multiple users?
Yes, on the Premium plan. Each employee gets their own login, with ready-made roles (Admin, Manager, Staff, Cashier, Store Keeper) or your own, and an audit log of who did what.
Can I move my existing product list into it?
Yes. Import products in bulk from an Excel sheet.
What happens if my PC breaks?
Restore from your latest encrypted backup on a new PC. With Google Drive backup, your data is safe even if the PC is lost.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC, a USB barcode scanner and a thermal or A4 printer.
